💛三文魚菠菜蛋餅📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
三文魚 2片切粒
蛋 3隻
菠菜苗 150g
鮮奶 50ml
低脂芝士碎 3湯匙 (可省略)
鹽、黑胡椒碎
🔹做法🔹
- 三文魚印乾水份,用鹽、黑胡椒碎醃15分鐘
- 雞蛋拌勻,加入鮮奶、芝士碎、鹽和黑胡椒碎混合
- 平底鍋放入三文魚煎至金黃,盛起;加入菠菜苗拌炒至軟身,放上三文魚;倒入步驟2的蛋漿,鋪上車厘茄和芝士碎
- 放入焗爐180度焗15-20分鐘至蛋液凝固即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
2 salmon fillets, diced
3 eggs
150g baby spinach
50ml fresh milk
3 tbsp shredded low fat cheese (optional)
Salt, ground black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Pat the salmon dry, season with salt and black pepper, then marinate for 15 minutes.
- Whisk the eggs well, stir in fresh milk, shredded cheese, salt and black pepper to make the egg batter.
- Pan-fry the salmon until golden brown, then set aside. Sauté the baby spinach in the pan until softened, place the salmon back on top. Pour in the egg batter, and top with cherry tomatoes and extra shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until the egg mixture is fully set.
