特濃番茄和牛芝士撈烏冬 日式食譜 烏冬食譜 Cherry Tomato Udon with Wagyu

One pot udon系列🥳這個20分鐘就煮好,老公大讚😎之前post了幾款忌廉烏冬,今次分享個開胃番茄version🍅每條烏冬都掛上香濃番茄汁,加上和牛和拉絲芝士🥹太好吃我們一星期encore了兩次🤣

街市買的番茄有時會酸🥶要煮到濃厚掛汁番茄湯底,最簡單快捷的方法就是用罐裝番茄😝別以為罐頭質素沒那麼好,用義大利D.O.P. 認證San Marazano罐裝蕃茄,食材高質茄味又濃郁🌟利申非廣告😂

第一次煮用了和牛燒肉片,更方便不用切,但擺盤沒那麼漂亮🫠所以今次用了和牛扒!其實用任何牛扒/牛肉片都OK💖在日式超市見到現成溫泉蛋,買回去試試!烏冬加上流心蛋黃正呀🤤

🍅特濃番茄和牛芝士撈烏冬📝食譜

烹調時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)

急凍烏冬 2片

和牛扒/牛扒 1塊

車厘茄 15粒切半

罐裝番茄 1罐400g

Mozzarella Cheese芝士碎 50g

溫泉蛋 1隻

日式醬油 1茶匙

味醂 1茶匙

蕃茜Parsley (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

1. 牛扒放室溫30分鐘,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎

2. 下油開鍋,放入牛扒中火煎約90秒,翻面再煎90秒(時間視乎厚度) 然後煎封牛扒側面,放上網架靜置5分鐘,切件

3. 同一個鍋炒香車厘茄,先盛起一部分用作擺盤,倒入罐裝番茄壓蓉,加入50ml清水、日式醬油和味醂煮沸

4. 放入烏冬,合蓋中火煮1分鐘後翻面;合蓋繼續煮1分鐘

5. 拌勻烏冬至散開,放上牛扒和車厘茄,灑上芝士碎,合蓋小火煮1分鐘至芝士溶化,加入溫泉蛋和蕃茜碎即成

🍅Cheesy Tomato Udon with Wagyu

Cooking time ⏱20 minutes

🔸Ingredients 🔸(2 servings)

Frozen udon 2 px

Wagyu/Steak 1 px

Cherry tomatoes 15 pieces (halved)

Canned tomatoes 1 can 400g

Mozzarella Cheese(grated) 50g

Onset egg

Japanese soy sauce 1 tsp

Mirin 1 tsp

Parsley

🔹Instructions🔹

1. Leave the steak at room temperature for 30 minutes, sprinkle with salt and black pepper

2. Heat oil in a pan, set the steak in the pan for about 90 seconds, flip the steak for another 90 seconds, fry the sides of the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes, cut into slices

3. Stir-fry the cherry tomatoes in the same pan, take a few out for plating. Add canned tomatoes and smash them, add 50ml water, soy sauce and mirin, cook until boil

4. Add in udon, cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 1 minute,turn over; continue to cook for 1 minute

5. Mix the udon well, put the steak and cherry tomatoes on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover and simmer for 1 minute until the cheese melts, add in onsen eggs and parsley, serve immediately
