Easy one pot meal❤️‍🔥太好食要插隊出post!最近好努力清雪櫃,在冰格見到冰封了的日本和牛🇯🇵雪了這麼久怕肉質變差,於是用來整炊飯😛

做法好簡單!先將和牛粒每邊煎香,用蒜蓉牛油炒粟米,放入粟米芯,用同一個鍋煮炊飯!一鍋到底好方便🥰我額外加入黑松露和蜜糖,整煲飯香噴噴呀🥹沒有時間睇火都可以用電飯煲煮🫶🏻

🖤黑松露蜜糖粟米和牛炊飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸
日本米 1.5米杯
昆布鰹魚高湯 1.5米杯
和牛/牛扒/肥牛片
粟米 1條
蒜頭 5瓣磨蓉
牛油 1湯匙
蔥、黑胡椒碎

🔸調味料🔸
日式醬油 1湯匙
味醂 1茶匙
料理酒 半茶匙
黑松露醬 2茶匙 (可省略)
蜜糖 1湯匙 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

  1. ▪️預備高湯▪️ 昆布鰹魚高湯包放入清水,中火煮至沸後,繼續煮2-3分鐘,取出高湯包
  2. ▪️炒香配料▪️和牛扒切粒;下油開鍋,煎至焦香,加入鹽和黑胡椒碎,盛起備用
  3. 同一個鍋煮溶牛油,加入蒜蓉和粟米炒勻;加入米飯炒勻吸收;倒入高湯和調味料,放入粟米芯
  4. ▪️如用爐頭▪️中火煮至微滾 (呈魚眼泡,期間用筷子攪拌防黏),合蓋小火煮20分鐘,熄火焗10分鐘;鋪上和牛粒,合蓋中火煮2-3分鐘,撒上蔥花和黑胡椒碎即成;可額外加入一小片牛油拌勻食用
  5. ▪️如用電飯煲▪️白米放入飯鍋,倒入高湯和調味料,鋪上配料;合蓋按下煮飯按鈕,鋪上和牛粒,合蓋保溫模式3分鐘即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Japanese rice – 1.5 rice cups
Kombu and bonito dashi – 1.5 rice cups
Wagyu/steak/beef slices
Corn – 1 px
Garlic – 5 cloves, minced
Butter – 1 sp
Scallions, crushed black pepper

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Japanese soy sauce – 1 sp
Mirin – 1 tsp
Sake – 1/2 teaspoon
Black truffle paste – 2 tsp (optional)
Honey – 1 sp (optional)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Prepare the dashi broth by boiling the dashi pack in water for 2-3 mins.
  2. Sauté the wagyu cubes with salt and pepper until browned and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic and corn. Add rice and stir-fry until coated.
  4. Pour in dashi broth, seasonings, and add corn kernels.
  5. If using stovetop: Simmer over low heat for 20 mins, then let it rest for 10 mins. Top with wagyu, cook for 2-3 mins, and garnish with scallions and black pepper.
  6. If using a rice cooker: Cook rice with dashi broth and seasonings, top with beef, and let it stay on keep warm mode for 3 mins.
