All time comfort food🥹最近好忙又不想經常外出用餐,都是快手煮為主!在家煮食我一定會煮菜!這個港式生菜魚肉完全符合我要求❤️‍🔥簡單、健康、有菜有魚、有湯飲🤣

不過只用水煮比較淡味,用雞湯又好像沒那麼健康!想起雪櫃有大地魚粉😍用來煮湯十分鮮味!我額外加入虎蝦乾和瑤柱,更加鮮甜🌟

💚港式生菜魚肉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸
生菜 2棵
現成鯪魚肉 半斤
瑤柱 約12粒
蝦乾 4條
大地魚粉 25g
水 1000ml
蔴油 半茶匙
胡椒粉
蔥/ 薑 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

  1. 瑤柱和蝦乾用暖水浸軟;生菜洗淨切絲
  2. 下油開鍋,爆香瑤柱和蝦乾;加入大地魚粉和清水,煮沸後合蓋小火煮15分鐘
  3. 用匙羹逐少放入鯪魚肉煮熟,下蔴油調味;熄火加入生菜絲拌勻,下胡椒粉和蔥花即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Lettuce: 2 px
Minced dace fish meat: 300g
Dried scallops: 12 px
Dried shrimp: 4 px
Ground fish powder: 25g
Water: 1000ml
Sesame oil: 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
Scallions/Ginger (optional)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Soak the dried scallops and dried shrimp in warm water until softened; wash the lettuce and cut it into shreds.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the dried scallops and dried shrimp until fragrant. Add the ground fish powder and water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 15 mins.
  3. Gradually add the minced fish meat using a spoon and cook until done. Season with sesame oil. Turn off the heat and add the shredded lettuce, mix well. Add pepper and chopped scallions. Serve immediately.
