🧇香脆全蛋窩夫📝食譜

烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(4件)

低筋麵粉 150g

片粟粉 35g

泡打粉 4g

鮮奶 100g

砂糖 35g

牛油溶液 40g

雞蛋 2隻約100g

鹽 1g

🔹做法🔹

1. 蛋液與砂糖攪勻至起泡,倒入鮮奶

2. 加入已過篩的低筋麵粉、片粟粉、泡打粉和鹽拌勻

3. 倒入牛油溶液混合,麵漿靜置至少30分鐘(或放雪櫃一晚,使用前先放室溫1小時)

4. 窩夫機模具預熱,ready燈亮起後倒入粉漿,合蓋煮3-4分鐘至金黃即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

150g cake flour

35g potato starch

4g baking soda

100g milk

35g sugar

40g melted butter

2 eggs (about 100g)

1g salt

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

1. Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy, add milk

2. Sift in the cake flour, potato starch, baking soda, and salt, mix well

3. Add the melted butter and mix until combined. Let the batter rest for at least 30 mins or overnight in the fridge (bring to room temperature for 1 hr before using)

4. Preheat the waffle maker, pour in the batter when the ‘ready’ green light is on, cook for 3-4 mins until golden brown.
