做法超簡單💖將三文魚扒煎到外脆內軟,配上白酒忌廉汁和蕃茄+菠菜苗,一鍋有魚有菜好健康🥰建議配意粉薯條,吸收香濃creamy湯汁✨今次在超市買三文魚扒,請店員幫忙斜切,擺盤靚好多😍Btw我用了兩款鍋煮呢個菜式,其實可以直接一鍋到底,只是為了出post擺盤所以用兩個鍋🤣

🐟意式白酒忌廉三文魚📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
三文魚扒 2-3塊約300g
車厘茄 15粒切半
日曬蕃茄乾 4塊(可省略)
菠菜苗 80g
蒜頭 4瓣切片
白酒 75ml
鮮奶 150ml
淡忌廉 150ml
巴馬臣芝士碎 2湯匙
檸檬汁 半茶匙
蕃茜 Parsley (可省略)
🔹做法🔹
1. 三文魚扒用廚房紙吸乾水份(要吸幾次確保乾爽)灑上鹽、黑胡椒,靜置5分鐘;三文魚會出水,再次吸乾水份
2. 下油開鍋,放入三文魚扒煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
3. 同一個鍋加入蒜片和蕃茄乾,炒香後加車厘茄拌炒,倒入白酒中火煮至酒精蒸發;先盛起一部分車厘茄用作擺盤
4. 加入鮮奶,放入菠菜苗炒勻;倒入淡忌廉和芝士碎,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎,小火煮熟
5. 放上三文魚扒和車厘茄,煮至湯汁濃稠,灑上蕃莤碎和檸檬汁即可上桌

🔸Ingredients🔸
Salmon fillet 2-3px
Cherry tomatoes 15px halved
Sun-dried tomatoes 4px halved (optional)
Baby spinach 80g
Garlic 4px sliced
White wine 75ml
Milk 150ml
Cooking cream 150ml
Parmesan cheese 2sp
Lemon juice half tsp
Parsley (optional)
🔹Instructions🔹
1. Pat dry the salmon fillet, sprinkle with salt and black pepper
2. Sear the salmon fillet, set aside once the surface turns brown
3. Fry the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in the same pan, add cherry tomatoes and then white wine over medium heat, reserve some of the cherry tomatoes for plating
4. Switch to low heat, add fresh milk and baby spinach, mix well. Add in cooking cream and Parmesan cheese, sprinkle with salt and black pepper
5. Place the salmon fillet and cherry tomatoes, cook until the sauce gets creamy, add in lemon juice and parsley, done!
