❤️🔥番茄牛肉豆腐煲📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘

牛頸脊 300g
滑豆腐 1磚切粒
番茄 2個切件
娃娃菜 1棵切段
蒜頭 5瓣切碎
乾蔥 3粒切半
芫荽根 3棵
蔥
🔸調味料🔸
水 200ml
生抽 2茶匙
🔹做法🔹
- 下油開鍋,加入芫荽根、蒜粒和乾蔥炒勻;下番茄炒香,放入娃娃菜和調味料;合蓋小火煮10分鐘
- 加入豆腐和牛頸脊,合蓋小火煮3分鐘;灑上蔥花和芫茜即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Beef slices: 300g
Silky tofu: 1 block, diced
Tomatoes: 2, cut into pieces
Baby cabbage: 1, cut into sections
Garlic: 5 cloves, minced
Shallots: 3, halved
Coriander roots: 3
Scallions
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
200ml of water
2 tsp soy sauce
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Heat oil in a pot. Add coriander roots, minced garlic and shallots, stir well. Add tomatoes and sauté until fragrant. Put in baby cabbage and seasonings. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 mins.
- Add tofu and beef slices. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 mins. Garnish with chopped green onions and coriander. Done.
