非常簡單的甜品,材料就是奶、蛋白和糖🤣話說有日去銅鑼灣一間餐廳,雙皮奶差唔多要$40🤯決定回家自己整!自家製還可以用北海道鮮奶更加香呀😙

🥛北海道鮮奶燉蛋白 📝食譜
製作時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸
鮮奶 300ml
砂糖 20g
蛋白 3隻

🔹做法🔹

  1. 蛋白用筷子拌勻備用
  2. 鮮奶小火加熱,不要煮滾;倒入砂糖攪拌至溶化,放涼
  3. 倒入蛋白攪拌拌勻,過篩倒入碗中;用匙羹除去表面泡沫
  4. 蓋上錫紙,水滾後中火/蒸爐蒸15分鐘即成;如表面未凝固可以多蒸5分鐘

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Milk 300ml
Sugar 20g
Egg white 3 px

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Mix the egg whites evenly with chopsticks and set aside.
  2. Heat the milk over low heat, but do not boil. Pour in sugar and stir until it dissolves. Let it cool.
  3. Pour the egg whites into the milk mixture and stir until well mixed. Strain the mixture into a bowl, and use a spoon to remove any surface bubbles.
  4. Cover with tin foil, steam over medium heat or in a steaming oven for 15 mins. If the surface is not solidified, steam for an additional 5 mins.
