🥛北海道鮮奶燉蛋白 📝食譜

🔸材料🔸
鮮奶 300ml
砂糖 20g
蛋白 3隻

🔹做法🔹
- 蛋白用筷子拌勻備用
- 鮮奶小火加熱,不要煮滾;倒入砂糖攪拌至溶化,放涼
- 倒入蛋白攪拌拌勻,過篩倒入碗中;用匙羹除去表面泡沫
- 蓋上錫紙,水滾後中火/蒸爐蒸15分鐘即成;如表面未凝固可以多蒸5分鐘

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Milk 300ml
Sugar 20g
Egg white 3 px
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Mix the egg whites evenly with chopsticks and set aside.
- Heat the milk over low heat, but do not boil. Pour in sugar and stir until it dissolves. Let it cool.
- Pour the egg whites into the milk mixture and stir until well mixed. Strain the mixture into a bowl, and use a spoon to remove any surface bubbles.
- Cover with tin foil, steam over medium heat or in a steaming oven for 15 mins. If the surface is not solidified, steam for an additional 5 mins.
