呢排日劇《First Love初戀》好hit呀,好多人睇完都想整拿坡里意粉😛其實我仲未有時間追劇,不過上星期被問有冇食譜,醒起好耐冇煮過,重新整理食譜俾大家😙
拿坡里意粉喺日本cafe 好常見,其實就係茄汁香腸意粉🤣將香腸、青椒、蘑菇同洋蔥炒到焦香,再加茄汁牛油,係一個日西fusion 菜式💖西式意粉要al dante,呢隻意粉唔同之處就係要偏軟身的口感,做法好簡單😝
我習慣煮完意粉放上燒熱咗嘅鐵pan,再淋上蛋漿🥹呢個做法係參考名古屋食過嘅居酒屋,連埋煎蛋食更加香,熱辣辣冒哂煙好正呀❤️🔥

💕日式拿坡里意粉 📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
意粉 200g
香腸 5條切斜片
小青椒 3個切條
小啡菇 1盒切片
洋蔥 半個切絲
茄汁 90g
牛奶 25ml
牛油 共20g
雞蛋 2隻
芝士粉/ Tabasco
🔹做法🔹
1. 大鍋加水煮沸(每1L水加1湯匙鹽)放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間減1分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
2. 下油開鍋,下香腸煎至兩邊焦香
3. 加入洋蔥炒至軟身,下小啡菇和10g牛油炒至軟身;下青椒絲拌炒
4. 加入意粉、茄汁、牛奶和10g牛油炒勻
5. 平底鍋抹油,大火燒至冒煙;中間放入意粉,圍住鍋邊淋上蛋液,煮至蛋液半凝固即可上桌;可按口味灑上芝士粉或Tabasco

💕Neapolitan Spaghetti in Japanese style
🔸Ingredients🔸
Spaghetti 200g
Sausages 5 px sliced
Small green peppers 3 px sliced
Onion 1/2 px sliced
Ketchup 90g
Milk 25ml
Butter 20g in total
Eggs 2 px
Cheese powder / Tabasco
🔹Instructions🔹
1. Boil water in a large pot (add 1 tablespoon of salt for every 1L of water), add spaghetti, cook for 1 minute less than the package suggested time, drain and set aside
2. Fry the sausages until brown
3. Add onion and stir-fry until softened, add mushrooms and 10g butter; add green pepper
4. Add spaghetti, tomato sauce, milk and 10g butter and stir fry
5. Grease the cast iron pan with oil, put onto high heat; place spaghetti at the middle, pour the egg mixture around the edge of the pan, serve when the egg is cooked; sprinkle cheese powder or Tabasco and done!
