🤍特濃豆乳三文魚烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)
急凍烏冬 2片
無鹽牛油 1湯匙 (減脂可以用一茶匙普通油代替)
三文魚 200g
無糖豆乳 600ml
鰹魚粉 1湯匙
生粉水 50ml水+1湯匙生粉
甘筍/ 日本豆苗/鮮腐竹/ 生食用蛋黃 (可省略)
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹材料🔹

  1. 三文魚用廚房紙印乾水份;大鍋下牛油煮溶,加入三文魚煎至表面焦香,盛起備用
  2. 同一個鍋倒入豆乳、甘筍和鰹魚粉小火煮沸,下鹽調味
  3. 加入烏冬煮至散開,加入豆苗和鮮腐竹;下生粉水煮至濃稠,鋪上三文魚;灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
2 frozen udon noodles
1 tbsp unsalted butter/oil
200g salmon
600ml unsweetened soymilk
1 tbsp bonito powder
50ml starch water (50ml water + 1 tbsp cornstarch)
Optional: carrot, Japanese bean sprouts, fresh beancurd sticks, raw egg yolk
Salt, black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Pat the salmon dry. Melt butter in a large pot, fry the salmon until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same pot, combine soymilk, carrot, and bonito powder. Bring to a boil over low heat, seasoning with salt.
  3. Add udon noodles and cook until separated. Stir in bean sprouts and beancurd sticks, then add starch water until the soup thickens. Top with salmon, sprinkle with black pepper, and serve.
