💜簡易電飯煲香菇紫菜炊飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸
米 1.5米杯
紫菜 半塊撕碎
櫻花蝦 2湯匙
冬菇 6粒熱水浸軟切粒
豚肉片 200g
甘荀 半條切粒
乾蔥 2粒切碎

紹興花雕酒 1茶匙

🔸醃料🔸
生抽 1茶匙
胡椒粉

🔸調味料🔸
生抽 1湯匙, 老抽 半茶匙, 蠔油 1茶匙, 麻油 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 豚肉片用醃料醃15分鐘
  2. 白鑊炒香紫菜和櫻花蝦乾,盛起備用
  3. 下油開鍋,炒香豚肉片至油份釋出,加入乾蔥、冬菇粒和甘荀粒炒香;灒入紹興花雕酒,下調味料和白米炒勻
  4. 倒入電飯煲,加入與米同等份量的浸冬菇水,可加入部份紫菜碎和櫻花蝦,按下煮飯按鈕
  5. 煮飯完成後,加入紫菜碎和櫻花蝦拌勻,灑上蔥花即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Rice 1.5 cups
Dried seaweed 1/2 px, torn into pieces
Dried sakura shrimp 2 sp
Mushrooms 6 px, soaked in hot water and diced
Sliced pork 200g
Carrot 1/2, diced
Dried shallots 2, chopped
Spring onion
Shaoxing wine 1 tsp

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy sauce 1 tsp, pepper

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Soy sauce 1 sp, Dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp, Oyster sauce 1 tsp, Sesame oil 1/2 tsp

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Marinate sliced pork for 15 mins.
  2. Stir-fry dried seaweed and sakura shrimp in and set aside.
  3. Stir-fry sliced pork, dried shallots, diced mushrooms and carrots. Add Shaoxing wine, seasonings, and white rice. Stir-fry until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an electric rice cooker, add the soaked mushroom water (same amount with the rice), and cook rice.
  5. Mix in the dried seaweed and dried sakura shrimp, sprinkle with chopped spring onions to serve.
