🇰🇷韓式雪濃牛尾湯定食📝食譜

牛尾 2塊
糙米 1.5米杯
白蘿蔔 半條切件
大蔥 1條切段
薑 4片
蒜頭 6瓣
香葉 2塊
🔸配菜材料🔸
菠菜/大豆苿/麻油/白芝麻
🔹做法🔹
1. 糙米和水倒入CUCKOO電飯煲，用糙米發芽模式煮2小時
2. 菠菜和大豆芽放入CUCKOO電飯煲，用Easy Cook模式煮4分鐘，倒入麻油和白芝麻拌勻即成
3. 牛尾浸鹽水浸30分鐘去除血污，放入CUCKOO電飯煲，加入薑、蔥和清水，用Easy Cook 模式煮20分鐘汆水
4. 薑片、大蔥、蒜粒和香葉放入CUCKOO電飯煲，倒入1茶匙油，用Easy Cook模式煮5分鐘爆香
5. 放入牛尾和白蘿蔔，加入清水至七成滿用高壓蒸燉模式煮30分鐘，下鹽調味即可上碟

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 px oxtail
1.5 cups brown rice
1/2 white radish, sliced
1 scallion, cut into sections
4 slices of ginger
6 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
Spinach/sprouts/sesame oil/white sesame
1. Pour brown rice and water into the CUCKOO rice cooker and cook on the brown rice germination mode for 2 hrs.
2. Place spinach and sprouts in the CUCKOO rice cooker and cook on the Easy Cook mode for 4 mins. Add sesame oil and sesame.
3. Soak the oxtail in salt water for 30 mins, put it in the CUCKOO rice cooker with ginger, spring onion, and water. Cook on the Easy Cook mode for 20 minutes to blanch.
4. Put ginger slices, scallions, garlic, and bay leaves in the CUCKOO rice cooker, pour in 1 tsp of oil, and cook on the Easy Cook mode for 5 minutes to sauté.
5. Add the oxtail and white radish, pour in enough water to reach 70% full, cook on the high-pressure steam stew mode for 30 mins. Season with salt and serve.
