做法好簡單,可以前一晚預備,第二日煮大餐加少少擺盤,就完成精緻的前菜啦💖

🌟海膽忌廉奶凍📝食譜
🔸材料🔸
海膽 40g
鮮奶 150ml
淡忌廉 100ml
魚膠粉 6g
🔹做法🔹
1. 海膽、鮮奶和淡忌廉用攪拌器,攪拌至順滑無顆粒
2. 魚膠粉加入3湯匙水,座熱水拌勻至融化,倒入步驟1的海膽鮮奶攪勻
3. 注入容器,放雪櫃一晚凝固;鋪上新鮮海膽擺盤即成

One suggestion: Perhaps this dish should be called Uni Panna Cotta instead of Uni Flan. Flan usually has egg, whereas Panna Cotta uses gelatin.
