❤️🔥滑滑貝柱仔蒸水蛋📝食譜
製作時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
珍珠貝肉 1盒
雞蛋 3隻
水 300ml
蔥 1棵切碎
油 1湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
🔹做法🔹
- 珍珠貝肉沖水解凍;大鍋加入水和蔥白,煮沸後下貝肉汆水30秒,取出印乾水份
- 混合蛋液和清水,過篩後倒入大盤;清除表面泡沫,用錫紙包好,中大火蒸10分鐘
- 放上貝肉,用錫紙包好,中大火蒸3-4分鐘,淋上熱油和生抽即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1 box of scallops
3 eggs
300ml water
Chopped scallion
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of soy sauce
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw scallops under running water. Boil water + green onion whites in a pot, blanch meat for 30s, then remove and pat dry.
- Mix egg liquid with water, strain into a large plate. Skim foam, cover with tin foil, steam over medium-high heat for 10 mins.
- Top with shellfish meat, re-cover with tin foil, steam 3-4 more mins. Drizzle hot oil and soy sauce to serve.
