餃子 12隻
蒜頭 6瓣切碎
辣椒粉 約1茶匙 (怕辣可省略)
水 200ml
蔥/芫茜
指天椒 (可省略)
🔸調味料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
陳醋 2茶匙
芝麻 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
🔹做法🔹
- 餃子放入沸水煮熟,盛起備用
- 下油開鍋,炒香芫茜根和蒜粒,加入辣椒粉炒勻;倒入清水和調味料煮沸,加入餃子,灑上蔥花、芫荽碎和指天椒即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
12 dumplings
6 cloves of garlic, minced
~1 tsp of chili powder (optional)
200ml water
Scallions/coriander
Bird’s eye chili (optional)
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp Chinese vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Cook the dumplings in boiling water until done, remove and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté coriander roots and minced garlic until fragrant. Add chili powder and stir well. Pour in water and seasonings, bring to a boil. Add the cooked dumplings, sprinkle with chopped scallions, chopped coriander and bird‘s eye chili.
