煎三文魚有個小秘訣,煎之前拍小小生粉,會更加掛汁❤️食譜經過改良,照燒汁加上蜜糖更加香呀😙今次偷懶用電飯煲煮飯,再鋪上三文魚,和用蜜糖牛油炒香的本菇!加少少擺盤,賣相漂亮又好味😝煮三文魚,當然又要post Mochi扮慘R三文魚video🤣

🍯照燒蜜糖三文魚本菇炊飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
三文魚 200g
日本米 1.5米杯約230ml
鰹魚高湯/水 1.5米杯約230ml
本菇 1包
生食用雞蛋 1隻(可省略)
🔸調味料🔸
日式醬油 2湯匙
味醂 2湯匙
料理酒 1湯匙
水 1湯匙
蜜糖 約3-4湯匙

🔹做法🔹
- 電飯煲煮熟米飯備用(可用鰹魚高湯代替水更美佅)
- ▪️煎三文魚▪三文魚切粒印乾水份,拍上生粉;下油開鍋,加入三文魚粒煎至每邊焦香後盛起,用廚房紙吸收多餘油份
- 同一個鍋加入照燒汁,中火煮至濃稠後加入三文魚,煮至掛汁上色
- ▪️煎本菇▪️同一個鍋煮溶牛油,中火炒熟本菇,可加入額外蜜糖,下黑胡椒碎調味
- 炊飯鋪上照燒三文魚和本菇,加入蔥花和生食用雞蛋即成


𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Salmon 200g
Japanese rice 1.5 rice cups (about 230ml)
Dashi/water 1.5 rice cups (about 230ml)
Shimeji mushrooms 1 pack
1 egg (optional)
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Japanese soy sauce 2 sp
Mirin 2 sp
Sake 1 sp
Water 1 sp
Honey ~ 3-4 sp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Cook rice in a rice cooker. Can use dashi for better flavor.
- Pan-fry salmon cubes until crispy and browned. Remove excess oil and set aside
- Make teriyaki sauce in the same pan. Add salmon and cook until sauce is thickened
- Pan-fry shimeji mushrooms with butter , honey and black pepper in the same pan.
- Serve cooked rice topped with teriyaki salmon, shimeji mushrooms, spring onion, and raw egg.
