🍯韓式牛油蜜糖脆脆雞翼📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
雞翼 9隻
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
老抽/ 紹興花雕酒/油 各1茶匙
胡椒粉
🔸調味料🔸
牛油 2湯匙, 蒜頭 2個切碎, 蜜糖 3湯匙, 生抽 半茶匙, 檸檬汁 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍,浸淡鹽水15分鐘除去雪味,印乾水份醃30分鐘;生粉和胡椒粉混合,雞翼拍上粉
- 下油開鍋,放入雞翼雞皮向下;中火半煎炸至表面金黃;翻面煎約3分鐘;合蓋小火煎約5分鐘,筷子插入無血水即代表全熟
- 煮溶牛油,加入蒜粒和雞翼;下調味料炒勻即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken wings 9 px
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce/ huadiao wine/ oil 1 tsp
White pepper
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Unsalted butter 2 sp, garlic 2 px chopped, honey 3 sp, soy sauce 1/2 tsp, lemon juice 1/2 tsp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw wings, soak in salted water 15 mins, pat dry. Mix cornstarch and pepper, coat wings.
- Fry wings in oil, skin-side down over medium heat until golden brown. Flip and fry for 3 mins. Cover and fry over low heat for 5 mins. Check for doneness.
- Melt butter, add garlic and wings. Stir-fry with seasoning.
