🇫🇷普羅旺斯燉菜📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料 🔸
青櫛瓜,黃櫛瓜 各1條
茄子 1條
蕃茄 2個
紅椒 1個
洋蔥 半個
蒜頭 3瓣
橄欖油 20ml
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹
- 將紅椒、洋蔥和蒜頭放入攪拌杯,攪拌成醬汁,下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味
- 青櫛瓜、黃櫛瓜、茄子和蕃茄切片,如圖由外到內排好
- 倒入橄欖油掃面,合蓋用4D HotAir 150度焗30分鐘即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Green, yellow zucchini – 1 each
Eggplant – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Red bell pepper – 1
Onion – half
Garlic – 3 cloves
Olive oil – 20ml
Salt, black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Put red bell pepper, onion, and garlic a blender, blend into a sauce, season with salt and black pepper.
- Slice the zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, and tomatoes, arrange them in layers as shown in the picture.
- Brush with olive oil, cover, bake at 150 degrees with 4D HotAir for 30 mins.
