焗海鮮闊條麵 Pizza Hut Baked Seafood Fettuccine 意粉食譜 必勝客

Pizza Hut 名物❤️‍🔥屋企都輕鬆煮到!真的好久沒吃過啦,有日lunch買了外賣回公司食,是回憶的味道🥹

街外吃的白汁常常覺得好膩,所以我用了雞湯+鮮奶🌟記得蟹柳要最後才放,要不然好易煮到散開影響擺盤🤣

❤️‍🔥焗海鮮闊條麵📝食譜
烹調時間⏱45分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2-3人份)
闊條麵 250g
蟹柳/ 帶子/ 蝦仁 (隨意配搭)
蒜頭 4粒磨蓉 (或可用1茶匙蒜粉代替)
牛油 1湯匙
雞湯 150ml
鮮奶 250ml
生粉水 50ml (1湯匙生粉+50ml水)
淡忌廉 50ml (可省略)
芝士碎 3湯匙
煙燻紅椒粉 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入闊條麵,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  2. 帶子和蝦仁解凍,抹乾水分,下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味
  3. 下牛油開鍋,煎香帶子和蝦仁,盛起;同一個鍋加入蒜蓉炒香,倒入雞湯和鮮奶,小火煮沸
  4. 加入闊條麵、帶子、蝦仁和蟹柳,倒入生粉水,下黑胡椒碎調味,中火煮至濃稠,加入淡忌廉
  5. 放入焗盤,部分海鮮鋪面,撒上芝士碎,放入焗爐200度焗5分鐘至芝士融化,再用250度焗約1-2分鐘至芝士焦香(每個焗爐溫度不同,建議自行調節時間),撒上煙燻紅椒粉即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2-3)
Fettuccine 250g
Crab sticks/scallops/shrimp
4 cloves of minced garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder can be used as a substitute)
1 tbsp butter
150ml chicken broth
250ml fresh milk
Potato starch water 50ml (1tsp potato starch + 50ml water)
50ml whipping cream (optional)
3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Smoked paprika (optional)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Boil water with 1 tsp salt, cook fettuccine slightly under recommended time, drain.
  2. Season thawed scallops and shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté scallops and shrimp in melted butter, remove. Sauté minced garlic, add chicken broth and milk, simmer.
  4. Add fettuccine, scallops, shrimp, and crab sticks. Add potato starch water, black pepper, cook until thickened, add whipping cream
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with seafood and grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for 5 mins until cheese melts. Increase to 250°C, bake 1-2 mins until golden and crispy. Sprinkle smoked paprika before serving.
