烹調時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸
粟米 2條
蔥 1棵切粒

🔸調味料🔸
蒜頭 8瓣切碎
炸蒜 3湯匙
椒鹽 1-2茶匙
辣豆瓣醬 1湯匙
指天椒/ 紅尖椒 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

  1. 粟米折開一半,放入滾水煮8分鐘
  2. 粟米先斬頭尾確保平坦;打直放穩,菜刀插入粟米,雙手將刀向下壓,切半;重複以上步驟,整條粟米切開八段
  3. 此步驟可省略:粟米印乾水份,拍上生粉;用半煎炸方式中火煮至金黃捲曲,盛起備用
  4. 下油開鍋,炒香調味料;加入粟米和蔥花炒勻,上碟可額外灑上椒鹽

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Corn 2 ears
Scallion 1 stalk, diced

𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Garlic 8 cloves, minced
Fried garlic 3 tbsp
Salt pepper 1–2 tsp
Spicy bean paste 1 tbsp
Thai chilli / red chili (optional)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Break each corn in half, then boil in rolling water for 8 mins.
  2. Cut off both ends of the corn to make them flat. Stand it upright, insert a knife, press down firmly with both hands to split in half. Repeat until each piece is cut into 8 segments.
  3. Optional step: Pat dry the sweetcorn, coat with cornstarch. Pan-fry over medium heat until golden and slightly curled; set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté seasonings until fragrant. Add corn and green onions, stir well. Serve with extra salt and pepper if desired.
