🌸羊肚菌五指毛桃去濕湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時
🔸材料🔸
五指毛桃 50g
羊肚菌 12粒
西施骨/瘦肉 400g
粟米 1條切件
紅蘿蔔 1條去皮切件
鐵棍准山 1條
無花果 4粒
蓮子 30g
茨實 30g
浸羊肚菌水+清水 2200ml
🔹做法🔹
- 戴上手套,鐵棍准山削皮切段;羊肚菌浸軟
- 大鍋放入西施骨,倒入浸羊肚菌水和清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污,倒走污水
- 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2.5小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Morel mushrooms 12pc
Pork bones / lean pork 400g
Corn 1, cut into sections
Carrot 1, peeled and cut into pieces
Chinese yam 1
Dried figs 4
Lotus seeds 30g
Euryale seeds 30g
Morel soaking water + water 2200ml
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Wear gloves, peel and cut the Chinese yam into sections; soak the morels until soft.
- Place pork bones in a large pot, pour in morel soaking water and water. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then simmer for 3 mins. Remove and rinse off blood residue, discard the used water.
- Add all ingredients to the pot, bring to a boil, cover, then simmer over low heat for 2.5 hrs. Done.
