繼續post簡單食譜,好忙好累🫠未有時間剪片🥹利申這個不是正宗芒果糯米飯做法,不需蒸糯米用電飯煲直接煮,超級方便😍質感沒有蒸糯米般粒粒分明,不過味道都好好,所以我次次都偷懶用電飯煲🤣

🥭簡易芒果糯米飯📝食譜

烹調時間⏱40分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2-3人份)

芒果 1個

泰國白糯米 150g

椰子水 130ml

斑蘭葉 1片切段

椰奶 70ml

🔸淋面用椰奶🔸

椰奶 200ml

砂糖 2茶匙

鹽 1/6茶匙

生粉水 50ml水+2茶匙生粉

🔹做法🔹

1. 白糯米洗淨,浸水3小時;放入電飯煲,下椰子水和斑蘭葉,用煮飯模式煮熟

2. 70ml椰奶倒入糯米飯拌勻,合蓋用保溫模式焗5分鐘

3. ▪️製作淋面用椰奶▪️椰奶小火煮沸,加入砂糖和鹽攪勻至溶化,下生粉水小火煮至濃稠

4. 飯碗抹上食水防黏,加入糯米飯,倒扣上碟;伴上芒果,淋上椰奶即成

🔸Ingredients🔸

Mango 1 px

White glutinous rice 150g

Coconut water 130ml

Pandan leaf 1 px

Coconut milk 70ml

🔸Topping🔸

Coconut milk 200ml

Sugar 2 tsp

Salt 1/6 tsp

Potato starch water 50ml water + 2 tsp potato starch

🔹Instructions🔹

1. Rinse the glutinous rice, soak it for 3 hours; cook with coconut water and pandan leaves with rice cooker

2. Add 70ml of coconut milk into the cooked glutinous rice, mix well, close the lid and set keep warm mode for 5 mins

3. Prepare the toppings: Boil the coconut milk under low heat, add sugar and salt until they dissolve, add potato starch water and cook at low heat until turning thick

4. Rinse the rice bowl with water to prevent sticking, add glutinous rice, and place it upside down on a plate; serve with mango and toppings
