‪柚子胡椒是九州名產,由青柚子皮加唐辛子製成🇯🇵味道好獨特,酸甜中帶小小微辣;日本料理多數用來醃肉類,尤其是雞肉🌟日式超市有得買!今次用柚子胡椒醬醃雞翼,柚子的清香中和了雞翼的油膩感,不經唔不就吃光整碟雞翼🤣‬

💚柚子胡椒蜜糖焗單骨雞翼 📝食譜

烹調時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸

雞翼 10隻切半

蜜糖 3湯匙

青檸 (可省略)

🔸醃料🔸

柚子胡椒醬 1茶匙

日式醬油 3茶匙

味醂 2茶匙

料理酒 1茶匙

砂糖 1/4茶匙

🔹做法🔹

1. 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗去除雪味

2. 混合醃料,醃雞翼30分鐘

3. 雞翼抹走醃料,放上鋪上牛油紙的焗盤,180度焗15分鐘

4. 雞翼掃上蜜糖,燒烤模式/230度焗約3分鐘或至表面焦香即成;可伴青檸汁享用

💚 Baked Chicken Wings with Honey and Japanese Citrus Chili Paste

🔸Ingredients 🔸

Chicken wings 10 px halved

Honey 3 sp

Lime (optional)

🔸Marinade🔸

Japanese citrus chili paste 1 tsp

Japanese soy sauce 3 tsp

Mirin 2 tsp

Sake 1 tap

Sugar 1/4 tsp

🔹Instructions🔹

1. Wash the chicken wings with salt water

2. Mix the marinade with chicken wings, rest for 30 mins

3. Remove excess marinade from the chicken wings, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

4. Add honey, grill mode/ 230 degrees for around 3 mins or until brown, serve immediately with lime!
