💚📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時
🔸材料🔸
節瓜 2-3條
瑤柱 6粒
雞腳 10隻
瘦肉 300g
眉豆 100g
花生 100g
無花果/ 蜜棗 3粒
陳皮 1塊去囊
水 2000ml

🔹做法🔹
- 節瓜去皮不要切件;瑤柱熱水浸軟
- 大鍋放入瘦肉和雞腳,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污,倒走污水
- 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2-3 pieces of fuzzy melon
6 dried scallops
10 chicken feet
300g lean meat
100g mung beans
100g peanuts
3 pieces of figs or honey dates
1 piece of dried tangerine peel, without the inner pouch
2000ml water
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Peel the fuzzy melon whole and soak the dried scallops in hot water until soft.
- In a large pot, combine lean meat and chicken feet with clean water; bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 3 mins, then rinse and discard the water.
- Add all ingredients to the pot, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low for 2 hrs until done.
