特強去濕湯!嚟緊幾日又會落雨好潮濕,最啱煲去濕湯!可以去水腫,感覺會舒服啲架🥰呢個湯非常香濃鮮甜,落咗赤小豆扁豆,去濕功效max🔝❤️‍🔥

老黃瓜唔需要去皮!不過都驚表面皺摺會有污垢或農藥!我多數用少少錫紙滾圓,再擦走表面污垢🙂‍↕️

💦老黃瓜瑤柱栗子去濕湯📝食譜

🔸材料🔸
老黃瓜 1條
瑤柱 6粒
瘦肉 300g
紅蘿蔔 1條去皮切段
粟米 1條
栗子 15粒
赤小豆 100g
扁豆 100g
無花果/ 蜜棗 4粒
陳皮 1塊去囊
水 2500ml

🔹做法🔹

  1. 老黃瓜用錫紙擦走表面污垢,切件去籽去囊;瑤柱熱水浸軟
  2. 大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污,倒走污水
  3. 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Old yellow cucumber (1 pc)
Dried scallops (6 pcs)
Lean meat (300g)
Carrot (1 pc, peeled and cut into segments)
Corn (1 pc)
Chestnuts (15 pcs)
Adzuki beans (100g)
Green beans (100g)
Fig/ Chinese dates (4 pcs)
Tangerine peel (1 pc, husk removed)
Water (2500ml)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Use aluminum foil to rub off the surface dirt of the old cucumber, then cut it into pieces and remove the seeds and husk. Soak the dried scallops in hot water to soften them.
  2. In a large pot, combine lean meat and water. Bring to a boil, cook for 3 mins, then remove the meat and rinse off any blood, discarding the water.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the large pot, bring it to a boil, cover it, and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. It will be ready after that.
