🍕一鍋到底Pizza意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
任何意粉 180g
香腸 2-3條切片
辣肉腸 50g切薄片
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
洋蔥 半個切碎
罐裝番茄 1罐400g
蒜粉 1茶匙 (可省略)
水牛芝士碎/芝士波波
鹽、黑胡椒碎
新鮮羅勒 (可省略)

🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 下牛油開鍋,加入洋蔥碎炒至軟身;下香腸炒香
- 加入罐裝番茄壓蓉煮沸,下意粉和羅勒葉炒勻;灑上蒜粉、鹽和黑胡椒碎調味
- 鋪上芝士,放入焗爐180度焗5分鐘,再用230度焗約5分鐘至表面金黃焦香即成;可加上額外羅勒葉擺盤


- Any pasta: 180g
- Sausages: 2-3, sliced
- Chorizo: 50g, sliced
- Unsalted butter: 1 tbsp
- Onion: half, chopped
- Tomato paste: 1 tbsp
- Canned tomatoes: 1 can (400g)
- Garlic powder: 1 tsp (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese or cheese balls
- Salt, black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Boil water with 1 tbsp of salt. Cook pasta for 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onion until soft. Add sausages; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in canned tomatoes, smash them, bring to a boil. Mix in pasta and basil. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Top with chorizo and cheese, bake at 180°C for 5 mins, then increase to 230°C until golden and crispy, about 5 mins. Garnish with extra basil, if desired.
