🧡無水雞肉蔬菜鍋📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
雞髀扒 1-2塊
洋蔥 1個切片
椰菜 半個切塊
南瓜/本菇/鮮冬菇/甘筍 (隨意配搭)
蔥
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
紹興花雕酒 1茶匙
蒜粉/蒜蓉 半茶匙
黑胡椒碎
🔹做法🔹
- 雞髀扒洗淨印乾水份,切件,醃至少1小時
- 下油開鍋,煎雞髀扒至表面金黃,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋炒洋蔥至半透明,鋪上椰菜和其他蔬菜
- 放上雞髀扒,中火煮至冒煙,合蓋小火煮20分鐘;下鹽調味,灑上蔥花和黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1-2 chicken thigh fillets
1 onion (sliced)
½ cabbage (cut into sections)
Pumpkin/shimeji mushrooms/fresh shiitake mushrooms/carrots
Scallion
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
½ tsp garlic powder/minced garlic
Black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Rinse, pat dry, chop chicken thigh fillets; marinate ≥1 hour.
- Heat oil, fry chicken until golden; set aside.
- Sauté onions until translucent in the same pan; add cabbage/other veggies.
- Return chicken, cook on medium until smoking, cover, simmer on low 20 mins. Season with salt, sprinkle chopped spring onions/crushed black pepper to serve.
