🎏日式大蔥雞肉串📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘
🔸材料🔸
無骨雞髀肉 3塊
大蔥 2-3條切段
蜜糖 2湯匙
🔸醃料🔸
日式醬油 2湯匙
味醂 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎
老抽 (調色用) 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 雞髀肉切件,醃1小時
- 用竹籤串好雞髀肉和大蔥
- 放入焗爐,用空氣炸模式180度氣炸12分鐘
- 掃上蜜糖,180度氣炸3-4分鐘即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
3 boneless chicken thighs
2-3 large spring onions, cut into segments
2 tbsp honey
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
Cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce (for color)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Cut the chicken thighs into pieces and marinate for 1 hr
- Skewer the chicken thighs and spring onions with bamboo sticks
- Place in the oven, air fry at 180°C for 12 mins
- Brush with honey and air fry at 180°C for an additional 3-4 mins
