💗砂鍋豆腐煲📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
爆漿豆腐 1-2盒
免治豬肉 250g
蒜頭 4瓣切碎
薑 2片
蔥 2棵切段
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 1茶匙
麻油 半茶匙
花雕酒 1茶匙
🔸調味料🔸
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
蠔油 約3湯匙
砂糖 半茶匙
水 200ml
生粉 1湯匙
🔹做法🔹
- 免治豬肉醃30分鐘
- 下油開鍋,中火煎豆腐至金黃,盛起備用
- 大鍋爆香薑片、蒜粒和蔥白;加入免治豬肉炒碎
- 鋪上豆腐,倒入調味料,合蓋小火煮5分鐘;炒勻至醬汁濃稠,灑上蔥花即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Tofu 1-2 boxes
Minced pork 250g
Garlic 4 cloves (chopped)
Ginger 2 slices
Scallions 2 stalks (cut into sections)
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sesame oil 0.5 tsp
Huadiao wine 1 tsp
𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Oyster sauce ~ 3 tbsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Water 200ml
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Marinate minced pork for 30 mins
- Heat oil in a pan, pan-fry tofu over medium heat until golden, set aside
- Sauté ginger slices, garlic and white parts of scallions until fragrant, add minced pork and stir-fry until crumbly
- Place tofu on top, pour in seasoning, cover and simmer over low heat for 5 mins; stir well until sauce thickens, sprinkle with scallion and serve
