💛黃金栗子雞湯📝食譜

雞 1隻斬4件
南瓜 450g
栗子 15粒
鐵棍准山 1條
粟米 1條切件
紅棗 3粒去核
瑤柱 5粒 (可省略)
水 2200ml
🔹做法🔹
- 南瓜不用去皮,切件後去籽;戴上手套,鐵棍准山削皮切段
- 大鍋放入雞件,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污,倒走污水
- 所有材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮1.5小時,用湯勺將南瓜壓蓉,繼續煮30分鐘,除去表面油份即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (5-6 bowls)
1 whole chicken
450g pumpkin
15 chestnuts
1 Chinese yam
1 corn, cut into pieces
3 red dates, pitted
5 dried scallops (optional)
2200ml water
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Leave the pumpkin unpeeled, cut into pieces and remove seeds; wear gloves to peel and cut the Chinese yam into sections.
- Place chicken pieces in a large pot, add water; bring to a boil over medium-low heat and simmer for 3 mins; remove chicken to rinse off blood, discard the water.
- Add all ingredients to the pot, bring to a boil then cover and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hrs; mash the pumpkin with a spoon, continue simmering for 30 mins, and skim off surface oil to serve.
