這個食譜跟之前post的蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒一樣!真心好好味,好多人整過都好喜歡😚可以配上我上年10月post食譜的椒鹽粟米,家中都煮到大排檔的味道🥰🇭🇰

❤️🔥 鐵板蜜椒牛仔粒📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸
牛仔骨 500g
蒜頭 4瓣
洋蔥 1個切片
三色椒 各1個切片
紅尖椒 (怕辣可省略)
🔸牛仔骨醃料🔸
水 3湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
蠔油 1茶匙
生粉 半茶匙
黑胡椒碎
生油 1茶匙
🔸調味料🔸
水 100ml
黑胡椒碎 約1茶匙
蜜糖 5湯匙
蠔油 2湯匙
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1 茶匙
生粉 1茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- ▪️處理牛仔骨▪️牛仔骨浸淡鹽水10分鐘去除雪味;除生油外,下醃料拌勻,最後加入生油醃30分鐘
2.所有調味料拌勻備用 - 下油開鍋,煎封牛仔骨至表面焦香,盛起備用
- 同一個鑊倒走多餘油份,下蒜粒和洋蔥片爆香,加入三色椒,下少許砂糖去除草青味
- 加入牛仔骨和調味料,大火快手拌炒至汁變濃稠,灑上黑胡椒碎即可上碟


- Beef short ribs 500g
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Onion 1 px sliced
- Bell peppers 2 px sliced
- Red chili pepper (optional)
🔸Marinade🔸
- Water 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1/2 tsp
- Ground black pepper
- oil 1 tsp
🔸Seasonings🔸
- Water 100ml
- Ground black pepper 1 tsp
- Honey 5 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
🔹Instructions🔹
- Soak beef short ribs in lightly salted water. Marinade beef short ribs for 30 minutes.
- Mix all seasoning ingredients.
- Heat up oil in a pan, sear beef short ribs until browned over high heat. Set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Add a little sugar and stir fry.
- Add beef short ribs and seasonings. Stir-fry over high heat until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
