做法超簡單30分鐘就煮好❤️‍🔥先將大蝦用牛油煎香,配上白酒忌廉汁和蕃茄+菠菜苗,一鍋有海鮮有菜好健康🥰配上意粉,吸收香濃creamy湯汁正呀✨

🦐意式白酒忌廉大蝦意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)
意粉 200g
去殼大蝦 12隻
車厘茄 15粒切半
日曬蕃茄乾 2塊(可省略)
菠菜苗 80g
蒜頭 5瓣切片
白酒 75ml
鮮奶 150ml
淡忌廉 150ml
巴馬臣芝士碎Parmesan cheese 2湯匙
蕃茜 Parsley (可省略)

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  2. 急凍大蝦沖水解凍,去殻,沿背部界一刀去腸;用廚房紙吸乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒調味;下牛油開鍋,放入大蝦煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
  3. 同一個鍋加入蒜片和蕃茄乾,炒香後加車厘茄拌炒,倒入白酒中火煮至酒精蒸發;先盛起一部分車厘茄用作擺盤
  4. 加入鮮奶,放入菠菜苗炒勻;倒入淡忌廉和芝士碎;灑上鹽、黑胡椒小火煮熟
  5. 放入意粉煮至湯汁濃稠,鋪上車厘茄和大蝦,灑上蕃莤碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 12 shelled prawns
  • 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
  • 80g baby spinach
  • 5 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 75ml white wine
  • 150ml milk
  • 150ml cooking cream
  • 2 sp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley (optional)

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Boil salted water, cook spaghetti for 2 mins less than package instructions, drain.
  2. Rinse, peel, devein and season prawns. Fry with butter until browned, set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry. Add white wine and cook until alcohol evaporates. Set aside some cherry tomatoes.
  4. Add milk and spinach, stir-fry. Add cream, Parmesan, salt and black pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Add spaghetti, mix with sauce. Arrange cherry tomatoes and prawns on top. Sprinkle with parsley.
