做法超簡單❤️🔥先將三文魚用牛油煎香,配上白酒忌廉汁和蕃茄+菠菜苗,一鍋有海鮮有菜好健康🥰配上意粉,吸收香濃creamy湯汁正呀!

🧡意式白酒忌廉三文魚意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
意粉 200g
牛油 20g
三文魚 200g切粒
車厘茄 15粒切半
菠菜苗 80g
蒜頭 4瓣磨蓉
白酒 80ml
淡忌廉 150ml
檸檬汁 半茶匙
巴馬臣芝士碎 2湯匙 (可省略)
蕃茜 Parsley (可省略)

🔹做法🔹
- 大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- 三文魚用廚房紙印乾水份;大鍋下牛油煮溶,加入三文魚粒煎至表面焦香,盛起備用
- 同一個鍋加入蒜蓉炒香,加入車厘茄拌炒,倒入白酒中火煮至酒精蒸發;先盛起一部分車厘茄用作擺盤
- 放入菠菜苗炒勻;加入意粉和檸檬汁
- 倒入淡忌廉和芝士碎,煮至湯汁濃稠;下鹽、黑胡椒調味;鋪上車厘茄和三文魚,灑上蕃莤碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- 200g spaghetti
- 20g butter
- 200g salmon
- 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 80g baby spinach
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 80ml white wine
- 150ml cooking cream
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 sp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Parsley (optional)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Boil salted water, cook spaghetti for 2 mins less than package instructions, drain
- Pat dry salmon. Melt butter in a pan and fry the salmon until crispy. Set aside
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic. Add cherry tomatoes and cook with white wine until the alcohol evaporates. Set aside some tomatoes for plating
- Stir-fry spinach. Add pasta and lemon juice.
- Pour in cream and shredded cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Top with cherry tomatoes and salmon, sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
