🍓士多啤梨蜜糖豬柳粒📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸
梅頭嘴/豬柳 450g切粒
士多啤梨 12粒
洋蔥 1個切件
三色椒 各1個切件
老抽 1茶匙
水 50ml
蜜糖 2湯匙
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 3茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
花雕酒 1茶匙
胡椒粉
麻油 1/2茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 豬肉用醃料醃1小時;6粒士多啤梨攪汁
- 豬肉沾上生粉和胡椒粉,用半煎炸方式煮至2邊金黃熟透
- 下油開鍋,炒香洋蔥和三色椒;加入豬肉士多啤梨汁拌炒;倒入清水,下老抽調色,小火加入蜜糖和士多啤梨炒勻即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
450g pork shoulder/loin, diced
12 strawberries
1 onion, cut into chunks
1 red, 1 yellow & 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks each
50ml water
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
3 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp shaoxing wind
White pepper
½ tsp sesame oil
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Marinate pork for 1 hour; blend 6 strawberries into puree.
- Coat pork with potato starch + white pepper, pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
- Sauté onion & bell peppers in oil until fragrant; add pork + strawberry puree, stir-fry. Add water, and dark soy sauce for colour, low heat, mix in honey + remaining strawberries, toss to serve.
