🍅特濃蕃茄牛扒芝士撈烏冬📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸(2人份)
急凍烏冬 2片
牛扒 1塊
車厘茄 15粒切半
罐裝番茄 1罐400g
芝士碎 3湯匙
溫泉蛋 1隻
日式醬油 1茶匙
味醂 1茶匙
羅勒葉(可省略)

🔹做法🔹
- 牛扒放室溫30分鐘,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎
- 下油開鍋,放入牛扒中火煎約90秒,翻面再煎90秒(時間視乎厚度);煎封牛扒側面,放上網架靜置5分鐘,切件
- 同一個鍋炒香車厘茄,先盛起一部分用作擺盤;倒入罐裝番茄壓蓉,加入50ml清水、日式醬油和味醂煮沸
- 放入烏冬,合蓋中火煮1分鐘後翻面;合蓋繼續煮1分鐘
- 拌勻烏冬至散開,放上牛扒和車厘茄,灑上芝士碎,合蓋小火煮1分鐘至芝士溶化,加入溫泉蛋和羅勒葉即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Frozen udon 2 px
SSteak 1 px
Cherry tomatoes 15 pieces (halved)
Canned tomatoes 1 can 400g
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 50g
Onset egg
Japanese soy sauce 1 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Basil (optional)
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Leave the steak at room temperature for 30 mins, sprinkle with salt and black pepper
- Heat oil in a pan, set the steak in the pan for about 90 sec, flip the steak for another 90 sec, fry the sides of the steak and let it rest for 5 mins, cut into slices
- Stir-fry the cherry tomatoes in the same pan, take a few out for plating. Add canned tomatoes and smash them, add 50ml water, soy sauce and mirin, cook until boil
- Add in udon, cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 1 min,turn over; continue to cook for 1 min
- Mix the udon well, put the steak and cherry tomatoes on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover and simmer for 1 min until the cheese melts, add in onsen eggs and basil, serve immediately
