🍚臘味白蘿蔔炊飯📝食譜
準備時間⏱️30分鐘
🔸材料🔸 (2-3人份)
白米 1.5杯
臘腸 1-2條
瑤柱 2粒浸軟撕絲
櫻花蝦乾 2湯匙
蝦乾 (可依個人口味添加或省略)
白蘿蔔 100g切粒
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
胡椒粉
🔹做法🔹
- 臘腸汆水,切粒
- 下油開鍋,放入臘腸粒,煎至出油;加入瑤柱、櫻花蝦乾和蝦乾炒勻
- 電飯煲內膽放入白米,倒入生抽、老抽和清水(正常煮飯份量90%);灑上胡椒粉,鋪上炒香的配料和白蘿蔔粒,按下煮飯按鈕即成

Ingredients (2-3 persons)
1.5 cups white rice
1-2 Chinese sausage
2 dried scallops, soaked until soft and shredded
2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Dried shrimp (optional)
100g white radish, diced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
White pepper
Instructions
- Blanch and dice the Chinese sausage.
- Heat oil in a pan, then fry the diced sausages until the oil is released. Add dried scallops, sakura shrimp, and dried shrimp; stir-fry well.
- In a rice cooker, combine white rice, soy sauce and dark soy sauces, and about 90% of the usual water. Sprinkle with pepper, layer the stir-fried meats and diced radish on top, then cook
