🇯🇵蒜香三文魚本菇炊飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱40分鐘

🔸材料🔸
米 1.5米杯
鰹魚高湯 1.5米杯
三文魚 200g切粒
三文魚籽 (可省略)
本菇 1包
甘筍 半條切粒
蒜頭 5瓣磨蓉
牛油 1湯匙
蔥花

🔸調味料🔸
日式醬油 1茶匙
味醂 1茶匙
料理酒 半茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. ▪️預備鰹魚高湯▪️ 高湯包放入清水,中火煮至沸後,繼續煮2-3分鐘,取出高湯包即可
  2. ▪️如用電飯煲▪️三文魚和牛油放入CUCKOO電飯煲,用Easy Cook模式煮4分鐘,盛起;放入本菇、甘荀粒和蒜蓉,用Easy Cook模式煮4分鐘
  3. ▪️如用爐頭▪️下牛油開鍋,加入三文魚粒煎至表面焦香,盛起;加入本菇、甘荀粒和蒜蓉炒勻
  4. 電飯煲倒入白米,加入配料、高湯和調味料;用無壓煮飯模式煮熟,灑上蔥花和三文魚籽即可享用

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Rice 1.5 cups
Bonito broth 1.5 cups
Salmon 200g, diced
Salmon roe (optional)
Shimeji mushrooms 1 pack
Carrot 1/2, diced
Garlic 5 cloves, minced
Butter 1 sp
Spring onion, chopped

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Make bonito broth by boiling the broth packet in water for 2-3 mins.
  2. For rice cooker: Cook salmon and butter on Easy Cook mode for 4 mins. Then, add shimeji mushrooms, diced carrot, and minced garlic and cook for another 4 mins. For stove: Fry salmon with butter until brown, then add mushrooms, carrot, and garlic and stir-fry.
  3. Combine cooked rice, ingredients, bonito broth, and seasonings in rice cooker and cook using pressureless mode. Sprinkle with spring onion and salmon roe before serving.
