蒜香檸檬三文魚忌廉意粉 Creamy Lemon Salmon Pasta 西式食譜 海鮮

Easy pasta recipe🍋清新開胃檸檬意粉!重點是材料和做法都好簡單!上個月去挪威旅行都煮了這個意粉,快靚正😝加入新鮮刁草會香好多,味道跟三文魚好夾!建議不要skip🥹

💛蒜香檸檬三文魚忌廉意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘

🔸材料🔸
意粉 180g
三文魚扒 2塊切
牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 6瓣切片/磨蓉
淡忌廉 200ml
檸檬汁 1茶匙
刁草/ 蕃茜 1棵 (可省略)
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  2. 三文魚用廚房紙印乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒碎;下油開鍋,加入三文魚煎至焦香全熟,盛起備用
  3. 同一個鍋加入牛油,下蒜蓉炒勻;倒入淡忌廉小火煮至冒煙;加入意粉小火煮至醬汁濃稠;下檸檬汁、檸檬皮屑、鹽和黑胡椒碎調味;熄火加入刁草,鋪上三文魚即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Pasta 180g
Salmon fillets 2 px
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves, sliced/grated
Whipping cream 200ml
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Dill/parsley 1 stalk (optional)
Salt, black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. In a large pot, bring water and 1 tbsp salt to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 2 mins less than the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Pat salmon dry with kitchen paper, season with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in a pan, fry salmon until crispy and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in whipping cream, add pasta and simmer over low heat until sauce thickens. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and black pepper to taste. Turn off heat, stir in dill, top with salmon and serve.
