清甜蘋果合掌瓜栗子湯 Apple Chestnut Soup 中式食譜 湯水 清潤

天氣仍然好熱,但其實已經立秋🍂最適合吃瓜類和水果!這個湯清潤解燥,還可以吃煲到軟淋的蘋果和合掌瓜!營養豐富又好飲🥰

💗清甜蘋果合掌瓜栗子湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時

🔸材料🔸(5-6碗)
合掌瓜 2個去皮切件
蘋果 2個切件
紅蘿蔔 1條去皮切件
瘦肉 300g
栗子 15粒
准山 3片
蓮子 30g
無花果 3粒
南北杏 1湯匙
果皮 1片去囊
水 2200ml

🔹做法🔹

  1. 合掌瓜去皮,戴手套避免黏液令皮膚敏感,切件
  2. 大鍋放入瘦肉,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污
  3. 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 chayotes, peeled and cut into pieces
2 apples, cut into pieces
1 carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
300g lean meat
15 chestnuts
3 slices of Chinese yam
30g lotus seeds
3 figs
1 tbsp mixed almonds
1 px of dried tangerine peel, pith removed
2200ml water

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Peel the chayotes, wear gloves to avoid skin irritation from the mucus, then cut into pieces.
  2. Put the lean meat in a large pot, pour in water; bring to a boil over medium-low heat and continue boiling for 3 mins; remove and rinse to clean the blood.
  3. Put all ingredients into the large pot, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hrs to finish.
