🧡蜜糖南瓜臘腸雞肉炊飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸 (2-3人份)
白米 1.5杯
雞脾扒 200g切粒
南瓜 120g切粒
臘腸 1條
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
蜜糖 1湯匙
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 1湯匙, 胡椒粉

🔹做法🔹
- 雞粒醃15分鐘;臘腸汆水,切薄片
- 下油開鍋,放入臘腸煎至兩邊焦香䆁出油份;下雞粒炒香
- 電飯煲放入白米,倒入生抽、老抽和清水(正常煮飯份量90%);鋪上南瓜、臘腸和雞粒,淋上蜜糖,按下煮飯模式即成;可灑上白芝麻和蔥花享用

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Rice 1.5 cups
Chicken thigh, diced 200g
Pumpkin, diced 120g
Chinese sausage, 1 px
Soy sauce, 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
Honey, 1 tbsp
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy sauce 1 tsp, pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes; blanch and slice the sausage.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the sausage until crispy, then add the chicken and stir-fry until fragrant.
- In a rice cooker, combine rice, water, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce (about 90% of the usual water). Layer with pumpkin, sausage, and chicken, drizzle with honey, and cook. Serve topped with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
