這個飯重點是加了臘腸!先煎香䆁出油份再炒配料,超級香🥹加入甜甜的日本南瓜,味道好夾!我額外用了砂鍋煮飯焦,快靚正呀❤️🔥Mochi又有份食雞肉和南瓜🤣Btw今次用了上環random經過買的虎蝦乾,大大隻好鮮味!

❤️🔥電飯煲南瓜臘腸雞肉燜飯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱30分鐘
🔸材料🔸 (2-3人份)
白米 1.5杯
浸冬菇水 1.5杯
雞脾扒 200g切粒
南瓜 120g切粒
臘腸 1條
冬菇 4粒
蝦乾 4條
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
🔸醃料🔸
生抽 1湯匙, 麻油 半茶匙, 胡椒粉

🔹做法🔹
- 雞粒醃15分鐘;冬菇和蝦乾熱水浸軟,冬菇去蒂切粒;臘腸汆水3分鐘,切薄片
- 下油開鍋,放入臘腸煎至兩邊焦香䆁出油份;下雞粒、南瓜、冬菇和蝦乾炒香
- 加入白米拌勻吸收,全部倒入電飯煲,按平時煮飯份量倒入清水;加入生抽和老抽拌勻,按下煮飯模式即成
- 砂鍋抹油,放入煮熟的米飯,中火煮約3-4分鐘至冒煙形成飯焦,即可上桌

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Rice 1.5 cups
Soak mushroom water 1.5 cups
Chicken thigh 200g, diced
Pumpkin 120g, diced
Chinese sausage 1 px
Dried mushrooms 4 px
Dried shrimp 4 px
Soy sauce 1 sp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy sauce 1 tsp, sesame oil 1/2 tsp, pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Marinate chicken for 15 mins; Soak mushrooms and dried shrimp in hot water until soft, dice mushrooms; Blanch sausages for 3 mins, slice thinly.
- Heat oil, fry sausages until crispy and release oil; Add chicken, pumpkin, mushrooms, and dried shrimp, stir-fry.
- Add rice, mix well, transfer to rice cooker, add water based on rice ratio; Mix in soy sauce and dark soy sauce, cook.
- Grease clay pot, transfer cooked rice, cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins until crispy bottom forms; Serve hot.
