15 mins one pot pasta❤️‍🔥實在太正!一煲過有肉有海鮮有carbs

喺超市見到隻好得意嘅意粉,叫Mista Corta🧚‍♀️意思係mixed short shaped pasta🌟入面混合咗螺絲粉、捲邊粉同埋通粉!全部都好吸汁,配creamy醬汁一流呀!食落去有唔同口感超好味🥹

❤️蒜香忌廉蕃茄大蝦意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2人份)
任何意粉 180g
大蝦 8-10隻
車厘茄 15粒切半
菠菜苗 50g
無鹽牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 6瓣磨蓉
茄膏 1湯匙
煮意粉水 150ml
淡忌廉 150ml
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋加水和1湯匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
  2. 大蝦沖水解凍,去殻,沿背部界一刀去腸;用廚房紙吸乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒調味
  3. 下油開鍋,放入大蝦煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
  4. 同一個鍋加入牛油,下蒜蓉和茄膏炒香;加入加入車厘茄和意粉炒勻
  5. 倒入煮意粉水,加入菠菜苗和淡忌廉炒勻;下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Any pasta 180g
Prawns 8-10 px
Cherry tomatoes 15, halved
Spinach sprouts 50g
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves, minced
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Pasta cooking water 150ml
Whipping cream 100ml
Salt, black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook pasta for 2 mins less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Rinse, peel, and devein the shrimp. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the same pot, heat oil and sauté shrimp until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add butter, minced garlic, and tomato paste to the pot; sauté until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and pasta.
  5. Pour in pasta cooking water, add spinach sprouts and whipping cream. Stir and season with salt and crushed black pepper. Serve.
