🫶🏻潤燥蓮藕栗子雞腳湯📝食譜
烹調時間⏱2小時
🔸材料🔸(約6碗)
蓮藕 1斤
雞腳 8隻
瘦肉 300g
栗子 15粒
紅蘿蔔 1條切件
鐵棍准山 1條
花生 100g
眉豆 100g
無花果/蜜棗 3粒
果皮 1片去囊
瑤柱 3粒浸軟 (可省略)
水 2300ml

🔹做法🔹
- 花生和眉豆用室溫水浸泡30分鐘;戴上手套,鐵棍准山削皮切段
- 大鍋放入雞腳和瘦肉,注入清水;中小火煮至沸騰,繼續煮3分鐘;盛起沖洗血污,倒走污水
- 全部材料放入大鍋,煮沸後合蓋小火煮2小時即成

Lotus root 1 pound
Chicken feet 8 px
Lean meat 300g
Chestnuts 15 px
Carrot 1, cut into pieces
Iron stick gourd 1
Peanuts 100g
Mung beans 100g
Figs or honey dates 3 px
Fruit peel 1 piece, remove the pouch
Dried scallops 3 px (optional)
Water 2300ml
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Soak peanuts and mung beans for 30 mins; put on gloves, peel the iron rod beans, and cut them into pieces.
- Place chicken feet and lean meat in a large pot, and add clean water; bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then continue to boil for 3 mins; remove and rinse off any blood, discarding the dirty water.
- Put all the ingredients into the large pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 hrs until done.
