💫蒜香奶油蕃茄大蝦意粉📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘
🔸材料🔸 (2人份)
意粉 180g
去殼大蝦 8-10隻
洋蔥 半個切碎
蒜頭 6瓣磨蓉
茄膏 1湯匙
白酒 100ml
雞湯 100ml
淡忌廉 100ml
牛油 20g
鹽、黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹
- ▪️煮意粉▪️大鍋加水和1茶匙鹽煮沸,放入意粉,跟包裝建議煮的時間少2分鐘煮熟,瀝乾水備用
- ▪️處理大蝦▪️大蝦沖水解凍,沿背部界一刀去腸;用廚房紙吸乾水份,灑上鹽、黑胡椒調味
- 下油開鍋,放入大蝦煎至兩邊焦香,盛起備用
- 下洋蔥粒炒軟,加入茄膏和蒜蓉炒香;倒入白酒和雞湯煮沸;加入意粉炒勻
- 加入淡忌廉和牛油煮至濃稠,下鹽、黑胡椒碎調味,鋪上大蝦擺盤即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2)
Spaghetti 180g
Peeled large shrimp 8-10 pieces
Onion, half chopped
Garlic, 6 cloves minced
Tomato paste, 1 tbsp
White wine, 100ml
Chicken broth, 100ml
whipping cream, 100ml
Butter, 20g
Salt, black pepper
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes less than package instructions, then drain.
- Thaw and devein prawns, season with salt and pepper.
- Fry prawns until golden brown, then set aside.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and tomato paste, add white wine, broth, and cooked pasta.
- Stir in cream, butter, season, and serve prawns on top of pasta.
