北海道鮮奶木瓜雪耳羮 Papaya Milk with Snow Fungus 中式食譜 甜品 糖水 滋潤

最近天氣好乾燥又凍呀,喉嚨皮膚都好乾🥹沒有時間煲湯,都要煮個糖水滋潤下!雪耳煮到出膠好軟淋,滿滿膠質,養顏又暖身🥰而且成本只是$20整到4碗!

要雪耳出膠軟淋,記得買普通的大雪耳/古田雪耳!而且要切碎才煮🌟不要用漳州雪耳,點煮都係爽身唔會淋架!

🧡北海道鮮奶木瓜雪耳羮📝食譜
烹調時間⏱45分鐘

🔸材料🔸(4碗)
木瓜 半個去皮切塊
雪耳 半個 (浸軟後150g)
水 700ml
鮮奶 150ml
紅棗 4粒切半去核
桂圓 1湯匙
杞子 1茶匙
冰糖 1-2茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雪耳溫水浸30分鐘至軟淋;切走莖部沖洗,切碎
  2. 大鍋加入雪耳碎和清水,煮沸後合蓋小火煮30分鐘至起膠;加入紅棗、桂圓和杞子,合蓋小火煮10分鐘
  3. 加入木瓜合蓋小火煮5分鐘,逐少下冰糖調味;熄火倒入鮮奶拌勻即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (4 bowls)
Papaya 1/2, peeled and diced
Snow fungus 1/2 (softened to 150g after soaking)
Water 700ml
Milk 150ml
Red dates 4, halved and pitted
Dried longan 1 tbsp
Goji berries 1 tsp
Rock sugar 1-2 tbsp

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Soak the snow fungus in warm water for 30 mins until soft; trim off the stem, rinse, chop to small pieces
  2. In a large pot, add the chopped snow fungus and water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 30 mins until gelatinous; add red dates, longan, and goji berries, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 mins
  3. Add diced papaya, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 mins, gradually adding rock sugar to taste; turn off the heat and stir in milk until well combined
