今次用了沙白,少沙又厚肉☺️怕白酒忌廉太膩,我額外加入檸檬汁和新鮮刁草,味道更加清新開胃🧡

🍋白酒檸檬忌廉大蜆📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸(2-3人份)
蜆/沙白 600g
牛油 1湯匙
蒜頭 4瓣磨蓉
白酒 100ml
淡忌廉 100ml
檸檬汁 半茶匙
刁草 1棵
黑胡椒碎

🔹做法🔹

  1. 大鍋下牛油煮溶,加入蒜蓉炒勻
  2. 倒入白酒,中火煮至酒精揮發;下大蜆煮沸後,合蓋煮約3分鐘至蜆開口
  3. 加入檸檬汁和忌廉,小火煮沸後熄火;加入刁草,灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (serves 2-3)
Clams 600g
Butter 1 sp
Garlic 4 cloves, minced
White wine 100ml
Whipping cream 100ml
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Dill 1 bunch
Ground black pepper

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Melt butter in a pot, add minced garlic, and stir.
  2. Add white wine, cook until alcohol evaporates. Add clams, cover, and cook for about 3 mins until they open.
  3. Add lemon juice and cream, simmer, then turn off heat. Add dill, and sprinkle with black pepper.
