💚香水檸檬蜜糖焗雞翼📝食譜

雞翼 10隻
香水檸檬/檸檬 1個
蜜糖 3湯匙
🔸醃料🔸
香茅 2條切碎
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
蒜粉 1茶匙
玫瑰露酒 1湯匙
胡椒粉
生油 1茶匙

🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗去除雪味(雞皮𠝹幾刀更入味);混合醃料,加入1茶匙檸檬汁,醃雞翼1晚
- 雞翼抹走醃料,放上鋪上牛油紙的焗盤,180度焗15分鐘
- 掃上蜜糖,燒烤模式/230度焗約3分鐘或至表面焦香,灑上檸檬皮屑和黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken wings 10 px
Lemon 1 px
Honey 3 sp
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Lemongrass, 2 stalks, chopped
Light soy sauce, 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Rose wine, 1 sp
Pepper
Oil, 1 tsp
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Thaw chicken wings and rinse with salt (make cuts on the skin for better seasoning), add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Marinate overnight.
- Remove excess marinade from wings, place on lined baking tray, bake at 180°C for 15 mins.
- Brush with honey, grill at 230°C for approx. 3 mins or until golden and crispy. Sprinkle with lemon peel and crushed black pepper. Ready to serve.
