🍋一鍋到底香煎檸檬雞📝食譜
烹調時間⏱15分鐘

🔸材料🔸
無骨雞髀扒 3塊切塊
洋蔥 1個切片
蒜頭 6瓣切片
薑片 2片
檸檬 半個切片
檸檬汁 1茶匙
冰糖碎/ 砂糖 1茶匙
芫荽、指天椒 (可省略)
黑胡椒碎

🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙, 老抽 1湯匙, 紹興花雕酒 1茶匙, 生粉 1湯匙, 檸檬汁 半茶匙, 黑胡椒碎
油 1 湯匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 無骨雞髀扒醃至少1小時,瀝乾
  2. 下油開鍋,雞皮向下,中火煎約3分鐘;翻面煎熟後盛起;廚房紙印乾多餘油份
  3. 同一個鍋下洋蔥絲和蒜片炒香,加入檸檬片和檸檬汁;下雞肉、檸檬汁、芫荽和指天椒炒勻,灑上黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
3 px boneless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
1 onion, sliced
6 cloves of garlic, sliced
2 slices of ginger
½ lemon, sliced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp crushed rock sugar or sugar
Coriander and chili (optional)
Cracked black pepper

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp Shaoxing wine, 1 tbsp cornstarch, ½ tsp lemon juice, cracked black pepper , 1 tbsp oil

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hr and drain
  2. Heat oil in a pan, place the chicken skin side down, and fry over medium heat for about 3 mins; flip and fry until cooked through, set aside;absorb excessive oil in the pan with kitchen paper
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry sliced onions and garlic until fragrant, add lemon slices and lemon juice; add chicken, lemon juice, cilantro, and chili, stir well, and sprinkle with crushed black pepper to finish
