🐥韓式辣醬雞翼📝食譜
🔸材料🔸
雞翼 8隻解凍
韓式辣醬 2茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
麻油 半茶匙
蜜糖 2湯匙
🔹做法🔹
- 雞翼解凍抹乾水份,用鹽、胡椒粉醃15分鐘;雞皮向下放入CUCKOO電飯煲,用Easy Cook模式煮10分鐘
- 開蓋翻面,繼續煮7分鐘;開蓋放入調味料煮3分鐘,混合即成

🍚韓式拌飯📝食譜
🔸材料🔸
糙米 1.5米杯
牛肉片 200g
菠菜/大豆芽/甘荀/鮮冬菇/日本生食用雞蛋
韓式醃肉汁 2茶匙
拌飯醬汁:韓式辣醬3湯匙,生抽1茶匙,麻油/蜜糖各1茶匙
🔹做法🔹
- 糙米和水倒入CUCKOO電飯煲,用糙米發芽模式煮2小時
- 牛肉片用韓式醃肉汁醃10分鐘;甘荀切絲;鮮冬菇切片
- 甘荀、冬菇和大豆芽放入CUCKOO電飯煲,用Easy Cook模式煮4分鐘,倒入麻油,繼續煮2分鐘,盛起備用
- 牛肉片放入CUCKOO電飯煲,用Easy Cook模式煮2分鐘,翻面煮2分鐘即可
- 大鍋放入GABA糙米飯,鋪上配料,淋上拌飯醬汁和芝麻
- CUCKOO電飯煲注入清水,開啟清潔模式,20分鐘後沖洗即可

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
8 chicken wings, thawed
2 tsp Korean spicy sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 sp honey
Pat dry wings and marinate with salt and pepper for 15 mins. Cook in CUCKOO rice cooker (Easy Cook mode) for 10 mins skin side down. Flip and cook for 7 mins. Add seasoning, cook for 3 mins.
🍚𝑩𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒎𝒃𝒂𝒑
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
1.5 cups brown rice
200g beef
Spinach/soybean sprouts/carrots/shiitake mushrooms/raw Japanese egg
2 tsp Korean marinade sauce
Mixed rice sauce: 3 tbsp Korean spicy sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil/honey
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Cook brown rice and water in CUCKOO rice cooker (brown rice germination mode) for 2 hours.
- Marinate beef for 10 mins. Cook carrots, mushrooms, and soybean sprouts (Easy Cook mode) in CUCKOO rice cooker for 4 mins. Add sesame oil and cook for 2 more mins.
- Cook beef slices (Easy Cook mode) for 2 mins, then flip and cook for another 2 mins.
- Mix cooked brown rice with prepared ingredients and mixed rice sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Clean CUCKOO rice cooker on cleaning mode for 20 mins with water.
