🍯脆皮蜜糖黑椒焗雞翼📝食譜
烹調時間⏱20分鐘

雞翼 10隻
蜜糖 3湯匙

🔸醃料🔸
生抽 2茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
蒜粉 1茶匙
玫瑰露酒 1湯匙
生油 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎 1-2茶匙

🔹做法🔹

  1. 雞翼解凍,用粗鹽沖洗去除雪味,雞皮𠝹幾刀更入味;混合醃料,醃雞翼30分鐘
  2. 雞翼抹走醃料,灑上黑胡椒碎;放上鋪上牛油紙的焗盤,180度焗15分鐘
  3. 雞翼掃上蜜糖,燒烤模式/230度焗約3分鐘或至表面焦香,灑上額外黑胡椒碎即成

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Chicken Wings: 10 px
Honey: 3 tbsp

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
Soy Sauce: 2 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
Rose Wine: 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil: 1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper: 1-2 tsp

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  1. Thaw and rinse chicken wings with coarse salt. Make cuts in the skin, then marinate in a mixture of ingredients for 30 mins.
  2. Remove excess marinade, sprinkle with black pepper, and bake on a parchment-lined tray at 180°C for 15 mins.
  3. Brush with honey, switch to grill mode or raise the temperature to 230°C, and bake for 3 mins until crispy. Sprinkle with more black pepper before serving.
